Shipping & Order Processing

Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after the order confirmation is issued, excluding weekends and holidays. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an update with delivery and tracking details to monitor your shipment.

International shipping is available for qualifying orders. Shipping charges are calculated automatically and displayed at checkout before the payment is finalized.


Order Status

After your order is dispatched, a confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to activate and show current shipment progress.


Returns & Refunds

Return or exchange requests should be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us promptly so the matter can be reviewed and, if applicable, coordinated with the shipping carrier. Delayed notifications may affect return or exchange eligibility.

Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, boxes, and accessories, as received. Products should not be repaired, altered, or modified without prior approval. Returns that show signs of modification or lack original packaging may not be accepted.

If an order is first delivered to a U.S.-based forwarding service and then shipped internationally, responsibility for any damage during the secondary transit is not covered.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
